Payment of Balance

Payment of the final balance must reach us at least 6 weeks before the start date of your holiday. Failure to pay this amount may lead to cancellation and therefore cancellation charges.

Changes to bookings

Any changes made to original details supplied on your booking form will be accommodated if possible. If we cannot accommodate your changes, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation notice is required in writing and charges may be made as listed:

8 weeks before the holiday - 20% deposit
6-4 weeks before the holiday - 40% of the total holiday cost
4-2 weeks before the holiday - 60% of the total holiday cost
under 2 weeks before the holiday - 100% of the total holiday cost

If you have made payment by paypal, their charges will be deducted from any refund we give you.

Cancellation by us

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your holiday, you will be offered a full refund of all the money you have paid us

Epic MTB Greece Vehicles

Clients travel in Epic MTB Greece vehicles entirely at their own risk.

Rider Responsibility

All riders must wear a helmet when riding. Participation in Mountain Biking carries an element of danger. All riders participate entirely at their own risk and must make their own judgements on their abilities. Epic MTB staff CANNOT be held responsible for any injuries sustained whilst riding. All Epic MTB Greece clients MUST have appropriate insurance cover for their stay, proof of which will be required prior to riding.

Single Supplement

Prices given are based on two people sharing. Should you have an odd number of people in your group, please indicate if one member will be prepared to share with a (same sex) member from another group. Should this not be possible, the single supplement will apply. See our prices page for details.

Personal Belongings

We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of your personal belongings.

Weather

Your enjoyment of mountain biking and your holiday can be affected by weather conditions. In the unlikely event of weather conditions causing disruption, Epic MTB Greece will be unable to provide refunds of any kind.
